其實本人也不要求保安需要開門, 當然手提太多東西或不便人士, 保安可代勞更好. 但住客本身都應跟他們以禮相待.     
我剛回家在樓下, 尾隨一中年婦女, 衣著光鮮, 她手拿著一包米, 肩有另一環保袋 (註, 仍有另一手是空著的)....當時正有一清潔嬸嬸在內打掃, 那中女似是想那嬸嬸幫她開門, 但那嬸嬸反應可能稍慢了點, 而她便大聲把包米拋落地再伸手開門 (很有發脾氣的態度, 我也是因為這巨響才引起注意), 這時嬸嬸也立即替她開了門, 那女子沒說一句"唔該", 還以45度抬高頭的姿態步進......按life後, 本人身處的life比她所站近的快到, 她竟一個箭步"棟"在我前面, 要以第一名身份步入電梯.....她按完自已的樓層後,並不按關門....本人及另一住客是站在用"enter"輸入的那一邊,而那邊並無關門制的.   所以另一住戶便踏出一步在她身前按制.....接著那一住戶先出, 她再次不按關門制, 我只好又伸手在距她身前數吋按制......  其實我所囉嗦的是小事一椿, 只是我想說是希望某些住戶不要以為自己高人一等, 對其他人即使是保安甚至是清潔嬸嬸都應有一份尊重.

very agree! may be the desk is too high and far away from the entry,these are the design problem.

非常同意你, 尤其是清潔嬸嬸是做清潔的, 冇理由又清潔又要開門!人地好心 開比你唔可以當老逢!
仲有, 我公司同呢度都有d人, 又要霸住個按鈕位, 又唔按關門掣, 人地想按佢又要阻住, 真係太自私!
如果唔想掂d掣, 可以企遠d扮唔關自己事, 但又要生霸死霸......

我亦有同感呀,雖然他們是為我們服務,但亦要以禮相待,咪當人老逢!! 我住T3的,所遇過的無論管理員或嬸嬸都非常有禮貌及幫忙,亦主動打招呼。唔好有心態以為自己係"出糧"比佢地既就當人阿四。

I live in Tower 5. They perform very good there.
For those staff already know us, they will open the door.
For those not very familiar such as relievers, we need to "do" card. It is acceptable for security reason. I dun want them to open the door for me. If they did, they probably would open for other strangers / outsiders.
Of cos, the best is even relievers can recognize the residents of that particular tower lah. So better to have fix reliever for each tower if possible...not sure if have any other problem.

唔好話座頭,住同一個地方見到有人兩手hand full ,幫手推一堆門只係一件合乎情理嘅事。
試過好幾次,留意到特別有一位註場守地鐵站大門嘅保安阿姐(短髮,戴眼鏡,夜晚11點半後就唔見佢),只會幫佢嘅熟客開門,個住客當時唔係hand full 架。反而雙手拎住野嘅其他住户,此保安阿姐就咁眼望望,望完人地幾經辛苦拎完張住户卡出黎,佢仲繼續望住都唔幫手開一開門。點呀,收左人好大封利是?咁狗眼就唔好係度做保安嘛。

保安的責任是負責保安,保安員認得出由落成一直住到今日的住客係正常的事情。 佢可以確定到呢一位係住客,而且一定肯拍咭給他看,他才可以事先打開定玻璃門給特定的住客。


你的説法,自大得有些少過份。 因為你看輕了保安員及他們的職責,而自大到要求別人必需給你優待。真心的禮遇及交情係同臉纸一樣,只能期待别人會給你,而不能用錢買或要求老馮。


從來,榮辱就係人際關係中分辨誰能待人處事賺得認同,誰人在濫用。 你可能没有濫用出入保安人員及手續,但唔代表你便自動成為工作人員心中的貴賓。


想蠃得别人超乎職責的份外親切禮待,首重自己如何做得超乎份内的職責。 我是住戶,我盡了所有住戶的職責,包括認識每一位長期職員,有需要時叫出他們姓或名,每一次也主動打招呼,甚至遇上其他人不肯按保安指示,我亦盡我的住戶責任,同時盡我的僱主責任。 所以,保安給我禮遇,我報以全心感謝的微笑。 保安盡责專心守衛拍完咭不再理我,我手上包裹多重也報以微笑,因為我尊敬盡責的員工。


我不知道我是否賺到額外的禮遇。 我只想分享我覺得大家也快樂的相處之道。

因為24小時有Secu 看住。
好似維景咁都可以。

    I agree with you that we should be kind to security guards.   

However, if we are not getting the service that we want, what is the point?   By observing their performance, some of them could have more room for improvement.  On one occasion, when I entered Tower 6, I found that some residents, who were elderly women with grandchildren by their sides,  nobody came up to assist her.   It is just because it is not "their" duty.   Bear in mind, if not because the doors were so heavy, the woman could have no problem getting in easily.   On the contrary, the doors are of the type of hotel doors,   she found it so difficult.  

    These kind of situation I have noticed many times.   We can't say "it is not their duties" to wipe out all the difficulties that our residents are having.   You have no difficulties pulling the doors doesn't mean the others do not have.    Can we not make it "their duties"  so that we can enjoy their service that we all have paid.   Sometimes, I find that they are just chatting with people or talking over the phone for leisure.  

    I agree that some residents may not see the need of having  this service.   However, they cannot say for all the others.

    Last but not the least,   certain guard always take long sick leave especially summer.   Will it unduly affect the management fee levied on all residents of Metrotown?  Shall we (all the residents) share his good service by his being rotated to different towers?   Is it fairer if some guards being attached permanently to the gates be redeployed to different towers as attendants from time to time?   

    Would it be possible for the Management Office to do something to relieve the heavy load of the door by installing censor to the inside of the main lobby so as to lessen the burden of residents no matter they are old or young?  The crust of the matter is the heavy door and the staff deployment of management office.   I wonder if the landlord committee would do some surveys with the landlords of Towers 5, 6 & 7.   In these towers, there are only ONE door for each block.   These doors are so heavy.

    同意。  其實Sec q 可以得閒幫下手。 好似過年好多住客都無計較俾利是一樣。 管理處可否唔俾Sec q 受?   


這也不是他們的責任嗎?  有時我地唔可以計得那麼清,  輸打嬴要。  其實見人扔住甘多野,幫下手都好。 要算清,立案法團理應不時公投


等住客選擇.   而唔係互委開會搞拈。  這是住客櫂利!   亦影嚮管理公司績約問題。
