今日開業主委員會議, 我都去左, 我有建議 MO 重新比份用關於八達通登記及權限守則比我地睇, 提醒住戶可以分開使用會所或祗是出入住所.. 等我們自己做好第一度防線先.. 已免不必要的麻煩發生...希望情況會好的

朋友是來交心, 唔係用錢來維繫, 用錢買返來的朋友, 即係叫 "出賣"的朋友, 你明架啦 ^_*

其實外僱都係人,我們的權利和她們也不應有別。只要是沒有做了違反會所設施的事,我不認為應該對她們設限。

如果係咁,咁係唔係要開業主大會個時叫所以業主or 租客解除d 僱傭合約, 咁我地個會所同屋苑就冇晒佢地係度啦,
咁就唔會見到佢地又心煩, 小花園就唔會被攻陷, 大家以後唔駛返工, 日日係返屋企湊仔女,
又要請外傭又要唔想見到外傭,真可笑

人人平等,唔係有錢就代表你個人重要,

家庭僱傭存在香港很久了,主要是生活壓力大,除非是富貴人家可不用兩夫妻是上班賺生活外,
誰不希望由自己來照顧小孩,未能體驗及接受現實而發出的言論是非常不智及不負責的

而屋苑內的環境,還是靠大家的自律及維護才能保持我們的生活品質,若無法自律就只能設定管理辦法嚴格執行,讓大家認為不好而難以接受的行為不要存在我們的周遭

I only allow my maid access to the property, but not to the clubhouse.  It is a bit inconvenient, but I give her my Octopus when I need her to bring the kids to the clubhouse, for example.  (So yes if I am not home, that means my kids cannot go to the clubhouse).

I agree that maids have the same human rights.  At the same time, our contracts do not mandate that employers shall provide 'entertainment/clubhouse/meeting place' for our maids on their days-off.

I did not give her the clubhouse access, because I thought if all employers here give their maids this right, and if the maids over-exercise this right, and bring their 'external' friends to the clubhouse on weekends, then the 'local residents' will be adversly affected.  Not in the sense that maids/friends are 'bad', just the loading on the clubhouse will be too stretched on Sundays since more of them are off on Sundays.  Sundays are also the days the 'local residents' are off and may want to enjoy the clubhouse.  (I remember how frustrated I was trying to jog in Victoria Park years back on a Sunday morning, but the maids 'took over' the park, even picnic-ed on the running trails.)

That's true.  That's why I'm quite reluctant about the alterations of club house access control from 5th Floor to 3rd Floor (the hot issue in these days).  The seats/sofa at the reading area may probably occupied by those non-clubhouse users.  Not only maids, but also property agents, and people coming up from the drive way (there is no need to "do" octopus card if coming up from the drive way).

I suggest to retain the club house access control at 5th floor.

Same as you, my employee's octopus is only registered with entrance right, ie. the blue label one. I hold the same logic with you!
