Hi guys,

We are looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment to RENT in Metro Town. Earliest move in date can be 1st of August (need to give 1 month notice to current landlord).

A little about us... we are a small family of 3 (4 including our helper); and are looking to move out of our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment that we've been in for the past 11 years. We think of ourselves as good tenants - as we've been in the same home for over 11 years without any complaints from neighbours or the landlord. Only considering a move now because our 3 year old daughter needs the space.

We'd like the home to be very clean and possibly well (& recently) done up. We don't read/write Chinese. So please PM us with some photos and details (size, floor plan & asking rent) in English.

We wish to avoid going through brokers if possible.
