幾年前有個業委攪到屋苑好亂, 雖然搬走左, 但好似今年返來又選呀!!!

最平唔一定係好, 呢個係問題所在, 所爭議!! 但佢地係大堂係咁叫人簽授權書, 住戶們就唔知係乜係咁簽 !!

平未必好,貴亦未必好。

既然系甘,有平為何不試下。 為何要住户硬食貴嘢。

甘多年管理費加!加!加!

MTR賬目欠透明。又無單据。這幾年那些業委做了些什麼?

現在又話人地什什麼麼?

倒不如問下這幾年管理費為何標升!!!!!

問下有冇好好甘監督MO!!!!

如果唔得,咪讓位LAW!

改下law。 唔系話某某候選人一定得.  

但系至少有得改變一下,

為何一定要抹黑人地,抬高自己甘黑人曾!!!!

作為業主,我地更系想搵d肯為我地慳和開源節流的代表。 至於質素,用過先知。你估結婚包生仔。

點解唔可以變下。  既然前幾年的業委成效未達標,為何不可換下試試?

MO亦需要改革,為何不可以選一些新面孔監督他們?????

以前啲業委,地鐵同佢講唔得,佢地就話唔得,唔係啲新業委去查合約,點知地鐵咁招標?唔好以為大公司冇圍標,佢地最大得益係煲大管理費收俑金,淨係核數師都揾一間大,一間細比你揀,其實冇得揀,心水清都知佢做緊咩
最佩服阿某業委上次 un un 下入場,話你地話會所合約貴,你地有冇睇巿價呀?完全漠視地鐵揾笨招數,真係為居民服務!但投今次啲宣傳單張就唔記得唒啦!
唔係話舊業委唔好,選到唔好唔做野啦!有啲只講換燈泡,其實地鐵一路做緊,與其講慳電,不如監察佢工程費仲效益大啦!
我今次冇去大會,宜家都唔知發生咩事

都係地鐵管理嘅,唔通都會駅業主易呃啲?

你咁關心都會,2015MO用我們業主$$$$$約一萬元一期印的季刋,變成某區X員選舉宣傳刋物,某區X員又偷偷入宣傳單張入信箱,選舉日內園單位用擴音器宣傳某區X員!

仲有2015年某幾業委做埋某區X員助選團!!


你咁真心關心都會政治,仲唔逼mo公開當時投訴資料!

政治人物一早入侵都會啦!

說無黨就不是政治?

附近馬路周圍掛哂某區X員+方XX大頭黨照!

Do you even know MT clubhouse labour costs rose about 80% PER HEADCOUNT in the past 4 years? (NO ONE was getting minimum wage ever in that period)
Do you know MT management fees has increased by about $5000-7000 HKD per annum per flat subject to the size?!?!  (and also compared to Ocean Shores)


Are you honestly unaware that the so-called 'market price' is MTR-manipulated on a territory-scale of HK?!?

How does your worthless sarcasm benefit anyone at MT?  

So MTRC manipulates the fees at their estates across the board, how does comparing to OTHER MTRC properties help?

Just a few years back, we dropped our jaws at $3-4/squared foot.  

Now you THINK $3/squared foot is too cheap?  Do you know rents and min wage do NOT play a factor at MT at all?  

ARE YOU AWARE THE SAME VENDOR QUOTES THE SAME SERVICES (in different representation) - but much MORE expensive to MT than to Ocean Shores?

If you are willing to pay a lot more unreasonably for the poor quality of work, you can only speak for yourself.
